Just as prominent guests and nobility enjoyed a meal here in the late 1800s, the hotel wishes to give today's guests the opportunity to experience the same.
In keeping with the hotel's history and elegance, the menus are inspired by classic French cuisine, combined with seasonal fresh Norwegian ingredients from the hotel's own kitchen garden and local producers.
