These are our Terms and conditions for booking.
Who is responsible?
Visit Telemark AS is responsible when it comes to quality and execution of all events that are sold to you. The subcontractors of Visit Telemark AS are again responsible for their share of the complete travel arrangements.
Visit Telemark AS is responsible for the following:
- The necessary documents.
- You are informed of any material changes regarding your order.
- Providers (s) are paid for the services you purchased.
When the order is binding?
The order is binding once it is confirmed verbally or in writing by Visit Telemark AS. Online order becomes binding when you have received an order number.
When should I pay?
Payment shall occur at the same time as the booking is made. Should there be any problems with your credit card we will contact. If we do not make contact, the booking will be canceled.
What are the conditions if I want to cancel?
You can cancel on the Internet (you are given a login and password for online booking) or by giving oral or written notice to Visit Telemark AS. On short notice and outside office hours, you can cancel directly at the hotel, but you must still inform Visit Telemark AS of this within 1 week. Repayment can not be guaranteed if the cancellation was made directly to the hotel.
Please note that a change be considered as a cancellation, and that the price of accommodation change continually and may be different than the previous order.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellations of hotel bookings made 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged with NOK 250, -.
- Cancellations of canal tours must be later than the day before Cloudy. 4:00 p.m. and charged with kr. 250, -.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours for hotel stays and later than the day before channel trip will be charged in full.
What if I only want to change something?
All changes will be charged with kr. 150, - per change.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If your hotel stay cannot be delivered according to the travel documents you have received and whether it cannot be offered any alternative of equal quality (eg you are offered another hotel in the same class and location), you have the right to cancel.
Visit Telemark AS pays when back everything you have paid, less of the parts you have already used. If a fault occurs after arrival, it is important to get this corrected on site (eg at the hotel). If you subsequently want to complain, you should initially contact Visittelemark al. Please note that your ability to obtain reimbursement is best if you do not wait too long to complain.
What happens if we cannot agree?
If we do not reach agreement, you can turn to the Complaints Board for Travel, PO Box 2924 Solli, 0230 Oslo, within 4 weeks after definitive answer exists from Visit Telemark AS.

We reserve the right to change and errors on the homepage. All information is given subject to changes that may occur after this was posted. Consideration is also subject to any typos.
