During the trip you will see both large amount of water with steep hillsides, river sailing and 6 locks. A perfect daytrip! The package includes a boat trip from Kviteseid/Spjotsodd to Ulefoss lock and return by coach from Ulefoss to Kviteseid/ Spjotsodd. There is free parking available on either Kviteseid pier or Spjotsodd pier.
Departure from Kviteseid quay on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday:
- 10.10 am departure on board M/S Victoria from Kviteseid quay
- 03.15 pm arrival at Ulefoss locks
- 03.47 pm departure with the coach Telemarksekspressen from Ulefoss locks (coach change in Seljord)
- 05.28 pm arrival at Kviteseid quay
Departure from Spjotsodd quay on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday:
- 10.15 am departure on board M/S Henrik Ibsen from Spjotsodd quay
- 03.15 pm arrival at Ulefoss locks
- 03.47 pm departure on board the coach Telemarkekspressen from Ulefoss locks (coach change in Seljord).
- 05.38 pm arrival at Spjotsodd (Approximately 500 meters from bus stop to parking lot)
Period 2021: Daily,20th of May – 5th of September. Fridays and Sundays in the period 10th of September - 10th of October.
Prices 2020:
Adults from 16 years old: 975 Nkr per person
Children 4-15 years old: 225 Nkr per person
Children 0 – 3: free
Season 2021:
Package price and timetable for this trip is not yet finalized for 2021 because we are awaiting the timetables and fares from the bus companies.
However, you can book you trip now to make sure you have a ticket.
We will confirm the trip to you as soon as it is finalized (probably in February/March 2021).
