This package trip provides accommodation at Lunde Hostel and a boat trip between Ulefoss locks and Hogga locks, including a ticket for the bicycle. Bring your bicycle and experience the canal from both the boat and on the bicycle. It is possible to rent bicycle.
Day 1
- Accommodation at Lunde Hostel located right outside Lunde city center
Day 2
- Breakfast at the hostel
- Bicycle trip approx. 10 km towards Ulefoss lock. Your car can be parked at Lunde Hostel or there is free parking at Lunde lock
- 10:15 am meeting at Ulefoss lock, the upper level
- 10:35 am departure on board M/S Victoria or M/S Henrik Ibsen from Ulefoss locks
- 02:00 pm arrival at Hogga locks, disembarking.
Bicycle trip back to Lunde Hostel, to possibilities:
- Cycle from Hogga directly to Lunde, 5 km, asphalt and flat terrain
- Cycle via Flåbygd/Strengen, 15 km. some gravel in the beginning, 1 km, then asphalt terrain.

You can leave your car parked at Lunde Hostel while on the trip.
There is an open café selling food and drinks on board canal boat.
Please note that there are two tunnels without lighting between Lunde and Vrådal, so its important to bring lights for the bicycle or a headlight.
Lunde Hostel has 23 rooms, all with individual bathrooms, Wi-Fi and TV. And a nice living room and terrace.

On Mondays there will be a boat change, if you’re on board M/S Victoria from Ulefoss to Lunde then change boat to M/S Henrik Ibsen from Lunde to Hogga.
