Canal package from Skien: accomodation Vrådal

This package trip includes a boat trip from Skien to Kviteseid/Spjotsodd, transfer with hotel-car/coach from the canal boat to the hotel, accommodation at Straand Hotel in Vrådal including breakfast, dinner and coach return to Skien the next day. Throughout the boat trip you will experience 7 locks, including Vrangfoss as the largest. The trip includes river sailing and at the end an idyllic sailing towards Kviteseid or Spjotsodd.

Day 1

• 07:45 am meeting at Hjellebrygga pier in Skien
• 08:10 am departure on board M/S Victoria or M/S Henrik Ibsen from Skien
• 04:00 pm arrival at Spjotsodd pier (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). Transfer to the hotel (approx. 15-minute drive)
• 04:20 pm arrival at Kviteseid pier (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). Transfer to the hotel (approx. 20-minute drive).
• Accommodation at Straand Hotel
• 19:00 – 21:00 pm dinner at the hotel

Day 2

• 02.25 pm bus departure from Vrådal (Saturday and Sunday 02.40 pm)

Walking distance from Skien bus station to the parking lot at Hjellebrygga pier, approx. 800 meter a 10-minute walk.

On Mondays there is a boat change in Lunde, M/S Victoria from Ulefoss to Lunde will then change to M/S Henrik Ibsen traveling from Lunde to Spjotsodd.
